The Nolensville investment group Mill Creek Property Development, LLC, led by developer Jeff Pate, a Nolensville resident, has contracted on 12 acres adjacent to Town Hall. The group is planing to build a Retail, Office and Residential development called Nolensville Market Square with the goal of creating a new downtown.

Jeff Pate said,”we are excited to be able to work with the city and community of Nolensville to create a livable, working and walk-able downtown for the city of Nolensville.”

The group plans on holding community workshops and planning meetings with the city officials and community leaders.
